The hotel itself was nice. Staff in the hotel were ok. However the bar staff ( two in particular)were rude, unhelpful and frankly unpleasant to our group of females. We felt that the staff were corrupt. Hiding our receipts and taking one’s name label off suggests dishonesty. This has put me off from staying again in 4 weeks. This is the opinion of our group of 12 guests

It was a great place to land before heading to Istanbul.
It was a great place to land before heading to Istanbul. Very walkable, safe for single women and not crowded with tourists. The metro is fantastic and there are many beautiful public parks!
Not many people speak English but we could get by with some limited Arabic and lots of hand gestures with accomodating city hosts.

I loved the city structure, peoples hospitality, as well as calmness . However in rash hours it was a bit annoying to reach the destinations. Since I already had been in Istanbul, I can fairly say that Ankara is much more beautiful than Istabul as a touristic city. I would definitely travel again. Not to mention that they have installed buttons for quick requesting a taxi which was nice.

I love Ankara - the awe-inspiring landmarks, such as the majestic Atatürk Mausoleum (I see it from the top floor of my hotel), stand tall as a testament to the city's proud history and the visionary spirit of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. It gives such magic and confirms true glory – lights in the evening make me think of some truly enchanting atmosphere. The lovely streets of Ankara are adorned with stunning architecture, beautiful parks, and bustling markets, all reflecting the city's unique character and cultural diversity.

I didn't experience any old or interesting features there.
All the food in restaurants are more or less the same throughout Turkiye. I'm sure there are subtle regional differences. But I couldn't pick any.

Ankara is an undiscovered gem in Turkey.
Ankara is an undiscovered gem in Turkey. People think if this city only as the capital city; however, it offers many sites and attractions worth visiting and explore. The region around the hotel has many restaurants, cafes, pubs etc., the city has numerous museums, concert halls, parks and shopping venues. Furthermore, it's the most orderly city in Turkiye; hence, getting around is not a problem at all.

The city is very car-centric.
The city is very car-centric. Even if the places you want to visit are close to you, you'll probably need to cross 10-lane motorways to reach them. However, there are some great examples of 20th-century architecture and interesting archeological museums.
The staff at the hotel, particularly Yasin and the lady supervisor, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to assist us with calling taxis and provided great restaurant recommendations.
Additionally, the hotel features a delightful patisserie with delicious chocolates that I highly recommend trying.
The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to the taxi station, supermarket, and charming coffee shops. This made exploring Ankara hassle-free and enjoyable.
The service level of the staff was very high, as example our safety box did not work when we arrived, but it was solved quickly. On the last day we wanted to leave early so the kitchen prepared big lunch boxes for us instead of the breakfast we skipped. Very convenient/central location (metro station, bus stop, supermarket and nice park with playground all nearby). We arrived from Ankara airport and the hotel arranged pickup for us, so it was convenient to get there
The room was very nice and clean, I loved the design of the bathroom and the air filtration system was extremely good (my friend smoked cigarettes inside the room and after a few hours, it was all gone). The price of the room was quite good compared to some other hotels. I managed to try breakfast one time, but it was also good. Location is also really good - near Kizilay and near the hotel, there are many bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Hotel was close to Ankara airport and very convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. I managed a leisurely breakfast before being taken by the free hotel shuttle to the airport 5 minutes’ drive away.
The staff were exceptional - they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to resolve a booking issue I had. Thank you very much.
I only had an overnight stay but I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was at a convenient location, within walking distance from key attractions. The metro was just infront of the hotel. The staff were friendly and ready to help. We extended our stay twice and they were very accommodating. The room cleaning was standard and never missed to replace anything (we experienced before that some hotels in Turkey missed some item replacements during daily cleaning)
Location is excellent, it's in the city centre, with lots of cosy restaurants and bars around it and a young and hip crowd. It's a theme hotel with paintings of knights and princesses on the walls and wooden lion heads on the doors. Great wood/artwork. The room was spacious and cosy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the evening shift. Breakfast was fresh.
Special mention to the 2 gentlemen on the night shift who went above and beyond in helping us after we left a bag on the shuttle bus from the airport - with our passports inside! They rang the bus company, ordered a taxi for us and instructed the driver on how to obtain the bag, and all ended well. Highly professional and caring. Hotel was an added bonus.
LOCATION IS GOOD, VERY CLOSE TO LOCAL UNDERGROUND STATION, CLOSE TO MAIN TRAIN STATION, LOVELY PARK ACROSS THE ROAD,..... CITY CENTRE WITHIN A TEN MINUTE WALK.....PART OF HOTEL IS A CAFE BAR WHICH IS VERY NICE, MODERN AND EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. LOCAL BEER EFES IS ALWAYS SERVED FRESH AND COLD.....VERY REFRESHING AFTER A DAY IN THE SUN.
High quality clean Hotel for a very reasonable price…Bilal at the reception was also very kind and helpful person I will give him also 5 stars…I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future…if you are looking for a Hotel in Ankara don’t look further this is your place to stay !!
I had my breakfast outside the hotel. Prices were quite affordable. Hotel was very close to Kizilay metro. There were quite a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, eapecially a big thanks to Gulsah for her help.
The location is good - not far from the center and some of the main sights. The hotel is also on the route of bus 442 which comes directly from the airport. However, to go back to the airport, you need to go to another stop.
Comfort hotel with pleasent staffs. Good breakfast. The location was fine with a nice landscape. I enjoyed being in the Mimi hotel. Also the hotel can provide you the Parking.
The location is Ideal.. you can take a bus from the Airport, it will drop you exactly next to the hotel.
It's clean, basic and affordable.. I would stay here again.
